Privacy Policy

When you create a Capyra account we collect your email address, name, and profile details you choose to provide. When you use the product we store the property and deal information you enter — addresses, purchase assumptions, rents, expenses — along with the analyses, actions, and tasks generated from them.

We also collect basic usage information (pages visited, features used, device and browser type) to understand how the product is used and to improve it.

We use your information to:

• Provide the Capyra service: analyzing deals, tracking properties, and generating recommendations.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support.
• Improve the product, including aggregate (non-identifying) usage analysis.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for the database and authentication, and our hosting provider for the application). Access is restricted by per-user security rules: your portfolio data is only readable by your authenticated account.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics), under agreements that restrict their use of it. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.

You can update your profile information in Settings, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
